The whole thing goes back to how poorly orgeron handled the success. This honestly reminds me of the cowboys in early 90s. Egos, pride, self worth, all that bullshite got in the way. When u win a title u have to come back HUNGRIER. Saban said it best on his radio show. He said we are gonna take everybody's best shot every week and if theirs one weak link you will get embarrassed. I said 2019 was sabans best coaching job. To lose 5 of your front 7 starters then tua, 11-2 was damn near miraculous. What he had established culture wise is what got them 11 wins. O seems to have took too many victory laps.
