How well do you think appeals courts will take completely disobeying a court order?

Did you really just ask how it would be unfair for an 18 year old high school player to play against a NFL player?
Surely you did not.
Here is how. One guy is most likely to be 18. The other is 22+. But the main reason is the amount of training, nutrition, and practice they receive. One has 2-3 years of high school level instruction. The other has had 4 years of college nutrition, strength training and practice and a summer of NFL level instruction and training.
Ok so 12 nfl practices is the difference? How is this different than the 6th year 24 year old super senior playing against 18 or 19 year olds?

This is where Sankey may have fricked up and ruined any chance to punish a school (LSU) in the short term. Any ruling for the players will most certainly include language specifically addressing this attempt to force their will against what the court determines is the player's right. Sankey may have just pulled a Texas AG-level mistake.
When the league’s official rational for the punishment is that LSU has engaged in a pattern of behavior, in multiple sports over multiple years, that is not in the best interest of the league you will have an uphill climb.
