That those kids parents will ask why he fired that black assistant. I'm not saying that but he is on Finebaum and Finebaum agrees.

Sounds like he thinks they need someone who is racist to pander to younger racists. Probably a smart move by Harsin then. Parents should be worried about the quality and caliber of the coach instead of worrying about his race. John Calipari runs circles around Tubby Smith in recruiting for example.

Bad take as the only way to shield one from such accusations would be to avoid hiring black coaches. Doesn’t seem like a desirable result.

Right. The coach who hired a black DC, multiple black position coaches, and just benched a white quarterback in favor of a black one with the game on the line is a racist. Do you put on a helmet to leave your house?

Harsin could show any normal human being that we had 6-8 plays in the first few games with 10 men on the field, due to lacking a WR. I'm sure he can break down the alignment, assignment and route issues. The replacement has been a WR coach, and OC at three schools, and perhaps most impressive he was an analyst for Saban for a year. This is a non-story.

Harper is just another race baiter. If racism is a factor bring it out, but stop calling wolf when it isn't the case. Remember AU DC is black.
