UT and A&M are the main ones I'd want Arkansas to play every year. LSU on black Friday again would be cool

Chad Thundercock thought so on page 1..

Give me the Hogs top 5 games in order of need to be played.. and that’s how I will list them.

He just listed the named rivalry games. The whole deal with Mizzou is a forced rivalry that Jeff Long setup in a poor attempt to placate the fans after giving away our black Friday game to Aggy.

We have history with:

A&M
Texas
LSU
Ole Miss

After that there is really no tradition lost by not playing any other team

Updated.

Based on this exercise, I don’t think Alabama, Tennessee & LSU will be happy unless there are at least 4, and probably 5 permanent games on the schedule. Lots of ways to get there, but it really depends on the number of SEC games.

9 SEC games.. 5 perm + 4 rotating which would result in playing everyone twice every 5 years.. pods could work here

9 SEC games.. 7 division + 1 perm + 1 rotating which is basically the way it is setup right now

10 SEC games.. 5 perm + 5 rotating games which would result in playing everyone twice every 4 years.. pods could work here.. but not divisions

11 SEC games.. 7 perm + 4 rotating which would result in playing everyone twice every 4 years.. pods and/or divisions would work here

Lots of other options besides the ones listed, especially on the 10 & 11 game formats.

LSU not playing the Friday game, we did that for 20 years.

The 4 schools with in-state ACC rivals (Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, & SC) would not be in favor of 10 games since game 11 would be that in-state team leaving us with 1 open slot for whomever while the rest have 2.

Same reason above knocks out an 11 game conference decision.

It appears 9 is the best choice (however, those of us with 7H games yearly has to figure out how to sort that out). I can give you an example if you want.

It’s happening.. that’s all I know. And ironically, the Aggie leak may turn out to be the best Aggie joke out there.

In the meantime.. i’ll play nice and try to help with the impossible task of making 16 cocksuckers all happy at the same time. The reality imo is that every single schedule presented with 16 teams is light years better than the 14 team schedule currently being played. It’s basically 2 conferences right now.
