Trying to build a running list of what games have to happen or you'd like to see continue.

For A&M - Arkansas, Lsu, Alabama are the ones I care the most about. If tu gets added then, obviously, that would get played.

The Big Rivalries would have to continue as well.
-Iron Bowl
-Egg Bowl
-TSIO
-The Boot
-Cocktail party

What else yall got?

First preference would be to continue to play the current West division. I’d hate to see the UF series go away.

Obviously IB, DSOR for AU. I think we'd like to resume playing UF and UT yearly, but if we get stuck in some pod of death then we'll live without adding two more big 6 games.

The two biggest games for LSU every year are Florida and Alabama so we have to keep those.

If we move to 4 team pods and set it to where you play 1/2 of each pod every year, you play every team every 2 years and go to every stadium every 4. I like that system. I’ve said it at least 3 times this morning.

With two, 8-team divisions, that'll all be handled!

Iron bowl isn’t going anywhere and I think the divisions will be realigned where Georgia will be a divisional game.

I’d like to play Florida more and Tennessee

Two eight team divisions:
West: Arkansas, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M

East: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee and Vanderbilt

Extend schedule to at least 9 SEC games (preferably 11, with 1 OOC game)

This takes care of all the traditional rivalries, plus adds some old ones back.

* I didn't originate this, but I endorse it!

I do like that as long as it doesn't sacrifice key games that want to be played yearly.

If we break up the pods to be fairly even. I think you'll need to keep permanent rivals. Each team has 1 rival per POD. That game happens every year. At a minimum, you play your own pod and 3 rivals yearly. Then the rest rotates. by POD. It'll take 6 years to play at everyone's stadium.

Just not enough games to go around for yearly rivalries. Everyone will have to give something up.

Im siding with aggy on this one as much as it hurts me. Mizzou and aggy left that shite show and dropped their balls on the table and came when the league was rising dramatically. They shouldnt be forced back into it. No should original sec teams that built the league be forced to change their world for some land thieves and figs in austin

As long as we can still play LSU, A&M and Ole Miss annually along with Texas then I’m good with whatever else they want to do.

Alabama and Florida.

I assume we’d still be paired with A&M, Arkansas, and OM in whatever pod or division the conference would change to.

I posted this in another thread

I am in the minority as a Bama fan - but I would gladly give the third Saturday in October to a new rivalry with OK. Would be a great game every year. Tennessee is garbage and will be garbage for the foreseeable future

Bama, Auburn, UF, UGA, LSU, Vols, and A&M should play each other every year.
