I firmly believe that Kelly will be able to lockdown Louisiana recruits and tiger recruiting will be fine. Bad news for Bama,A&M,Auburn and the rest of the west. However, as previous poster pointed out, this will not happen overnight. It will take a couple of years to ingrain his offensive/defensive systems as well as his culture. Should be interesting to watch.

It bothers the shite out of me. Al Woodward had to do was wait one more week, for ND to be out of the playoffs. Rushing it like this might have screwed LSU for a long time.

Riley's was more calculated I feel like and they already recruited the area they were headed to.
Kelly's was more in the dark and his personality is similar to Petrino, Saban. Hard people to work for. I think he'll have high turnover like both of those.

He only got 3 coaches and they were his Guys originally and OU told grinch to take a hike. He got the three 2023 Cali recruits that’s about it….
