That would be a weird take, considering he's already moving up in the same mold as Jalen Hurts (cannon for an arm, legs that will punish teams that fail to contain). I get the need to showcase the passing ability, but one would think he's shown enough of an arm that teams would at least be willing to acknowledge he's got the tools that cannot be "taught" - athletic ability - and then can learn more as he comes up, so maybe a 3rd or 4th round pick.

Did not mean to insinuate that I agreed with the assessment. I think he could be very effective as a running QB. I could only come up with one reason for his insistence that he is a pocket passer. The offenses really opens up and becomes dangerous when he runs.

The weak link in your offense is Milroe. I won't be surprised if Saban is sniffing around the portal for an experienced QB who can pass the ball and read a defense. It would be the right thing to do. If you can upgrade you do so.

What a dumb take. Milroe is far from a finished product but the growth he has shown has been astounding. He has a cannon for an arm and runs like an elite WR or RB. LSU certainly had no answer and he just beat #1 GA. If he improves even marginally during the off-season, he will be the hands on favorite to win the Heisman and get Bama back to the Playoffs. Plus we are signing the #1 QB out of highschool, so we will be happy to develop him for a year and then unleash him on the CFB world. Good luck.

It can be both. Milroe can be the weak link in the offense, even though he has improved and can (certainly) still improve more. He still runs right into pressure sometimes, doesn't have great field awareness, misses open receivers way too often, and is not consistently accurate. I think he threw for like 55% vs UGA.

Meh, he’s like 65% on the year. You also can’t measure what his running ability opens up for this offense. He’s far from the weak link. That title belongs to “low snap” Seth.

actually, his passing % was 56.5 vs UGA and about 52% vs Texas, which were the 2 best defenses UA played.

Defenses like Chattanooga, Memphis, and LSU sucked anyway, and they're going nowhere so not a big deal imo.

Let’s see what he does against Michigan and Texas. I’ve been very pleased with his evolution so far this season.

This can't be right. I was told vehemently for 2 years that Georgia fans don't make excuses and here you are.

Yeah, but lets not act like our offense is good. It's good enough to win obviously but it's hard to watch. In the past, our offense was punishing but it was aesthetically pleasing too.

Bruh you can have several seats after how wrong your bitchass was about Milroe not being able to be successful

Stop posting, ole bitch made boy

12 plays 34 yards

ate up 7:14 on the clock, which included all 3 of Alabama’s timeouts

no doubt, it doesn’t get more frustrating than that

Yet here they both are... in the playoffs. How does it feel to have played your best game of the year vs BAMA? To know you've peaked. To know that if you survive Washington, you get to lose to BAMA in your home state. Sept is a long time go. Wonder how many whorns will beat their chests bout that meaningless victory in Jan when they lose the one that matters?

Your OC doesn't even ask Milroe to do QB things but I'm wrong? The team talent is carrying Milroe. He's not a QB at this time.

We got robbed mentality is all Aubarn has every year.
I remember Shug Jordan on his Sunday show always complaining
to Carl about the officials. I watched it because Coach Bryant's show came on afterwards. Barners never change because they are all "family".

And Bullard dropped 2 INT's , so it could have easily gone the other way, those cancel out

Everyone saw the game, it was gifted due to offense errors and a no call on 4th down that wasn't reviewed.

Stop acting like those things didn't happen

Which is only a huge deal because we'd fallen off in that area and Georgia is the gold standard.

I firmly believed we would go 3 and out, punt, and Georgia would tie or win the game at the end.

No he didn’t. Had his hands on one maybe but it wasn’t an easy drop like the ones Bama secondary had. Better team won. Enjoy your consolation bowl.

This has been asked and answered many times by Bama fans, but just for you

YES, Exactly like Texas did in Tuscaloosa.

It doesn't bother us to say you ran it down our throats on a soul killing drive to end the game when you did in fact ram it down our throats in a soul killing drive to end the game.

The question is will you be able to do it again when we meet on 1/8/2024.
