Stetson will be a starter and have a way better career than your overrated has been QB, AJ.

Did I read that right that he's projected as the #2 in LA rather than third string?

Rypien started over him in tonight's preseason game

He’s only 30 years old. He’s older than most players that’s been on the league for 3 years already.

This is just wild:

Stetson Bennett played on the same Georgia team in 2017 as Sony Michel

Michel got drafted, played for 3 different teams, won 2 Super Bowls and retired before Stetson played a snap in the league

Bennett also didn't manage to get a degree in that time

And on his first pre-season drive for the Rams, leads them down the field and throws a TD pass on 3rd down.

5th TD pass he's thrown at So-Fi this year.

So Stetson who was RFR at 19, because he was held back because of his size; like a lot of players have been. Played with SM who came back fir his SR season.. Stetson still had 4 yes of eligibility; but didn’t get to play for 2 years, a Covid season… which didn’t count as far as the NCAA is concerned.. years right 2020 did. not count…. So he used his 3 years of eligibility left; wouldn’t you if no one was giving you a shot. It’s the difference in chasing your dream and sitting on your couch.

Meanwhile he’s playing in the NFL 25 with 4 M. Who on here wouldn’t do the same thing given the shot.

B2B baby; 3peat incoming!

People don't realize that took some work. Staying eligible while getting a certain amount of hours over summers as well, working towards a degree while not graduating and having to take graduate classes over 5-6 years is actually a bit of a flex.

Yes, and a some around the Rams program are projecting him to start either late this season or be their projected starter going into next season.

Have no idea what Stetson will do in the pros, but I would not bet against him. This is the reaction he's had since he left high school. And everyone that has ever had this reaction to SB IV's potential future has been made to look a fool.
