Review the rivalry? I assume there is tape for that.

Anybody with a pair of eyes can look at aggots scheduling and Uterus' scheduling and see that they both play non-con games pretty much the first 3 weeks of every season.

Uterus plays two P5 OOC games early in the year.
Aggot plays one P5 OOC game and one or two purchased easy wins by scheduling an embarrassing opponent.

Neither of these clowns have any real excuse. They can make this happen. OU/Skers did it and there wasn't a bunch of excuse making or hem-hawing......

Aggie is in the drivers seat on this. They do not need this game anymore. They have an SEC schedule and their thanksgiving LSU game is becoming a great rivalry.

On the other hand, Texas basically has one meaningful game on their schedule annually. Renewing the game should be a priority for Texas. Their schedule is so boring it’s shocking that anyone would even buy a season ticket.

If I were Aggie I’d make zero concessions for them....they’ve treated you like shite forever, now it’s aggie’s turn.

TexAM joining the SEC was the absolute best move they’ve ever made.

Texas fricked up their bed and now must lie in it.

I’m no Aggie fan but they played their hand superbly.

It's very simple. Until the current contract between A&M, Arkansas and Jerry Jones runs out and is NOT renewed, (Contract ends after the 2024 season), A&M is not going to put themselves in a position where they have fewer than 6 home games in a season.

Wrong as usual.

A&M' s SEC era schedule includes 7 home games & the neutral vs Arky.

the level of clout A&M threw around in 2010 and 2011 is nothing short of legendary and epic

we single handily ended UTs hopes of a pac 16, forced them to remain in the big 12, snapped our fingers in 2011 and got an SEC offer which resulted in a complete and total break from the red headed step children, which put them in a corner so they had to add TCU to the big 12 only adding another red headed step child. now when the next shite hits the fan, baylor and tcu and tech will all be looking at UT to save them while A&M is completely and 100% free of their garbage.

i mean it truly doesnt get any better than that. it just doesnt

It's a stupid and spurious argument. Florida and Georgia have a neutral site game but it doesn't preclude either from playing their biggest in-state rivals (FSU and Ga Tech). Obviously Texas has its own neutral site game.
If you're scared then say it.
I think Texas and aTm are made for each other. Both fanbases are full of hubris and Texan size arrogance. You can't find two shittier groups of assholes.

TEXAS doesn't need aggy to draw fans to Austin.

The last home game of the 2018 season against Iowa St. drew 102,498 fans, the second-largest crowd in stadium history.

The largest? 103,507 against USC... in 2018.

The Jerryworld game hasn't stopped us from scheduling Clemson, Notre Dame, UCLA, etc.

The moment when you are bragging about Iowa St attendance is the point where you should change your name to Dumbpost.

It’s so cute how Sooners now spring to the defense of their Texas overlords at every opportunity. Aren’t y’all rivals? Jealous that you were left behind while A&M and Mizzou upgraded?

So if both Fenves and Young can convince Jones to nullify the contract, making the next Arkansas/A&M game at Kyle Field (last on campus game was at Reynolds), then MAYBE it happens before 2025.

Pretty much. Lord I hope that game stops being played at JerryWord.

If you want to continue to have those kinds of games the JerryWorld game must end.

If we end up starting things back up it's not going to be a two and done series. We'll set up for 10 years at least and have a second P5 game on top of it.

Why? Your ilk in this same thread said we were lucky to sell any tickets at all to it.

He's clearly regurgitating the aggot company line and doesn't know what he's talking about but okay.
