I was wrong about you bro. Please forgive
Thecaw has been dealing with doubters and haters all my life and is always over right at the end
At least you can admit it unlike the citrus mafia who have made it their life mission to sabotage the CAW

Looking at the rendering some cosmetic touch ups, but $400 million worth?
Considering all the possible ways they could have screwed this up, I can't complain.
Improved seating options with offset capacity reduction by adding a new structure above the students. Better audio/visual. Improved concourses. All without really changing the uniqueness of the bowl structure?
If they are going to do it anyway, this is among the better possible scenarios.

But notice no renderings of the kitchen…
Where is that money going?
Is there even a kitchen?
Maybe that’s why chip Howard is leaving?
So many questions…

Picture is crap, doesn't show the promised chairbacks in the lower bowl.

Looks like both BDS and Kyle Field. Different colors though

This is just a leaked image from the top sheet of some internal documents floating around admin.
They're releasing the full renderings soon.

reduce total number of seats to some extent.
What? It's already hard enough to get a ticket to a big game. And that would reduce gate revenue in a time when we need the gate revenue. I never understand these types of opinions.

New capacity will be about 75k according to Stricklin.
Edit: He said that in 2019. I guess new estimates are 83k.
The Swamp definitely needs a facelift. It has looked really dumpy for a while now.

I don't remember Stricklin saying seating capacity would drop that far, just said there likely would be some.
Even so, these documents only show a reduction of 4200 seats. So a drop from 88.5K to somewhere in the 84-85K range once finished.

You could get LSU tickets for less than $250 the week of the game. We don't need any more seats. If anything we need a biggers student section.

This is literally the only thing Stricklin is good for

Yeah - I guess on this part then at least he listened. Anything less than 80K would have caused riots. Falling back in the mid-80's isn't too bad. And honestly, with added structure to the south and east could actually make the stadium even louder.
