Looking back over historical SEC standings by year, here are the teams that failed to reach 10% SEC Winning Percentage in a given season since 1945

0.0%- Vanderbilt, 2019 (0-17)
0.0%- Georgia Tech, 1954 (0-14)
5.6%- Alabama, 1969 (1-17)
5.6%- LSU, 1967 (1-17)
6.3%- Auburn, 1947 (1-15)
6.3%- Ole Miss, 1965 (1-15)
7.1%- Georgia, 1956 (1-13)
7.1%- LSU, 1957 (1-13)
7.1%- Ole Miss, 1959 (1-13)
7.1%- Tulane, 1964 (1-13)

I had no idea it had been 65 years since a team went winless in SEC play.

No but that might be a good thing considering a below average Arkansas team almost beat them by 40 at home last night.

Have their losses been close though? If so, then they’re better than their record indicates.

Nope. I've already called it. Vandy will go 0-18 in the SEC, then beat A&M in the SECT before beating my Bulldogs the next round and knocking us down from a 6 seed to an 8 or 9. I'm calling it now.

They played Tennessee to overtime. I havent watched any of their other games but their offense was kinda unique and i figured they would beat atleast 1 if not a few teams, maybe Tennessee just played that bad that day. Surprised they managed to be completely winless in conference in basketball.

What adds insult to injury is that the SEC is not very good this year. Sure, we have some really good teams at the top of the conference, congrats to them, but the drop off after that is like walking off the Empire State Building.

Being bad is no fun. Being horrible when everyone around you is bad is even worse.

I'm really hoping Vandy wins the SEC tournament to get a bid to the big dance. Would be hilarious.

Lol. This is such an awful take. Many people in the national media are saying this is a deep conference, and you're saying that its really bad? Wow. Sorry your team sucks, so you think the rest of the conference sucks.

I'd try to convince you about how wrong you are, but you are obviously a tard. I am proud that you managed to get someone to help you type out a couple of sentences though.

Also... there have been plenty of years the SEC was good in basketball and we weren't. That doesn't bother me. I don't know why some of you jackasses think we are pissing on LSU's forehead when we say y'all have a good team this year and then say the conference is a bit down. Its possible to have both a good team and a down conference.

Had Garland been healthy how many games would they have won?
