Jackie's lawsuit is not vs Ole Miss, it's against the Ncaa and the crooked investigator who slept with an Ole Miss alum. Ole Miss had some people with close ties to a bunch at the Ncaa - thus the set-up against Msu. Those people are no longer with the Ncaa.
