If Joe hadn't broken his hand in practice at OSU he would have probably won the job... BTW, I think Joe is doing a fantastic job at Cincinnati so far considering he HAS ABSOLUTELY NO O-LINE. The guy he lost the job to at OSU had the same predicament for Washington last year and under the same circumstances Joe has looked much better... Obviously Haskins is talented but Joe is better... it's obvious.

Wow, staggeringly bad look for a #1.

Next to no camp. Zero preseason games. Green had a 25% catch rate against the Browns.

And The Bengals still managed to stay within striking distance into the final minute of both games.

Don't you worry about Joey. He's gonna do fine.

Then his coach needs to stop going 5 wide and max protect. He also needs to start calling screen passes to slow the rush
why? burrow put them in position to win the first game and they scored 30 the second game. the offense isn't the problem, even with a bad o line. and then if the coach does go max protect, you geniuses will complain that the offense isn't wide open enough and burrow isn't completing enough passes because the wr's won't be open

this is always great. morons do moron things. when they get called out for saying something stupid, it's a "melt." regale us with more of your fb acumen. you know, how burrow completing a record number of passes for a record number of yards is actually bad because he by himself is 0-2 and this somehow reflects negatively on lsu

Uhh, the worst starting QB to ever win a National Championship begs to differ, Jake Coker.

But while Burrow’s not scared of the bigger stage, he does seem to be scared to make the bigger throws. Burrow attempted 61 passes against the Browns, a number only one quarterback hit last season. And yet, he threw for only 316 yards, an alarmingly low number considering the high number of attempts. Many of Burrow’s 37 completions (an NFL rookie record) came on short routes and dump-offs. Combined with a debut in which Burrow needed 36 pass attempts to total 193 yards, Burrow is averaging just 5.2 yards per pass attempt through two games. If Burrow kept that up for a whole season, it would be the worst average for a qualifying quarterback since 2010, when Jimmy Clausen averaged 5.2 yards per attempt for the 2-14 Panthers. Burrow’s average depth of target on completed passes is 4.8 yards, which would’ve finished tied for last in the NFL last season.

Do you guys watch the NFL? Or do you just throw out shite when the numbers fit your argument?

Do you know why Burrow's YPA is so low?

This is such a terrible post.

Burrow has plenty of things to work on, but your post did not touch on any of them

Anyone whos shitting on Joe clearly hasnt watched either Bengals game.

Just fyi, Flynn ran a bit too with 4 TDs
