Realistic record prediction for Bama now that they got their coach. 9-3. What say you?

Fair - for his first year in the SEC. What was Kelly’s record?

Alabama actually plays a difficult schedule next season for once. It will be a rough season.

Could lose 6 easy, have you seen the schedule?

It depends on the player defections. He will lose at least 3 games, more likely 4. Then, the seat gets hot and his recruiting ability rears its ugly head. Fired after 3 years.

I just hope their fans still travel to OU next Nov even if they already have a few losses.

Saban lost 2 games with an easier schedule the last 2 seasons. I don't think this guy is as good as Saban. They'll lose 3-4 games this season with a more difficult schedule and he'll immediately be on the hot seat, whether any of the delusional Tide fans on this ridiculous forum will admit it or not. Saban, arguably the best coach to ever coach the game, caught all kind of Hades for losing 2 games. Imagine what this poor sap is gonna catch if he loses 2 or Heaven forbid, even 3! Dark days coming for the Tide...sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

8 to 10 wins a year, trip to CFP every 3 or 4 years

He'll be good

Provided they don't get decimated in the portal, probably 10-2 or something like that next year since they have years of Saban talent aquired. More about the years beyond that when his recruiting takes hold. That would be the area of concern for me.

8-4. Another team to keep A&M company at a mid SEC level

They have enough talent to win 10 games no matter the coach. Plus most of the bad teams didn't really do much to improve their teams next year.

8-4 with a chance at 9-3.

DeBoer has an OC background so the defense is going to be a huge challenge with the DC gone as well.

He turned a 4-8 Husky program into an 11-2 team in 1 year. The sky is the limit with our talent. Why not a 15-0 NC?

I doubt all of your talent sticks around.

They don't know shite about DeBoer and they already have relationships with other coaches at other schools.
