The Means case may be more applicable between the two.

I agree that there are more than a few similarities, but I'm still not going to even hazard a guess about the outcome. If there's one thing consistent about the NCAA COI, it is that they're the definition of inconsistent.

Quite possibly the dumbest shite a SEC Coach has ever said.

I don't think the NCAA cares about your conspiracy theories there, Matlock.

Lol. It could be hush money. Hell, UA could say it's hush money and the NCAA still can't investigate a contract of a coach. That's not within their realm.

Reporter "So youre saying those text messages from your coach..." Tunsil "Oh those messages? Oh that was true" Reporter "So was it an exchange between you and your coach for money?" Tunsil "I would have to say yeah"

You conveniently omitted Tunsil's first response to the same question, in which he denied having received money.
Ole Miss fans prefer his former answer. Everyone else prefers the latter. Shocker.

Please link those exact quotes

You mean these quotes?

quote:

Ole Miss could have blown that off to the NCAA as being a fake conversation, and the Rebels may still try that defense.

Unfortunately for the Rebels, after initially denying he was paid by a coach when asked about the Instagram hack at an NFL Draft press conference, Tunsil added, “I made a mistake. That happened.”

When pressed if that reply meant he had indeed taken money from a coach, Tunsil said, “I’d have to say, yeah.’”

tunsil admits taking money from coaches at ole miss and acknowledges it as a "mistake"
You can watch the video of it here

And where in any of those articles were the exact quotes to the questions asked that match the exact quotes you put out. Those show Tunsil's reply but don't quote the questions.

Your own links prove what you quoted originally is wrong. You know when you put "" means it is a actual quote and not things you make up but think is right?

I didn't put the quotes out. I was responding to a poster, you, I guess, who asked another poster if there were links to the exact quotes.

quote:

Your own links prove what you quoted originally is wrong

not my quotes

And where in any of those articles were the exact quotes to the questions

There was a video in the article I posted showing Tunsil being asked the questions and his answers to them. I don't know what else you want besides video evidence of the guy answering the questions.

Why would a coach ever say that even if he was completely clean
