And shows a picture of an empty binder.

What a fricking joke. But it makes sense given you give zero facts and believe in these conspiracies. Sadly, there a lot of people out there like you.

I have a feeling that’s going to backfire on Kirby.

He won't get a penny unless they settle out of court for PR.

He’s a domino, not the first. And it’s for CFB in general, not just UF.

This is one of several rumblings I was referring to a few weeks back. Expect more on the way.

This is a basic breach of contract lawsuit, though, I'm not sure it has much larger meaning. Anyone can file a civil suit against anyone claiming something was promised and not delivered. Even in the pre-NIL days.

Dude looks like Sideshow Bob and he did it on purpose.

I don't think Kirby would be able to stop it or anything. Sounds like he's just like "ok then".

You tell the kid he can't do it, and that's what would backfire.

You’re such a fricking idiot. I have expressed my concerns of Stricklin and Napier in the past. Your cancerous self showed up just a few months ago, so shut the frick up.

I’ve wanted Stricklin fired for years. But for vastly different reasons. I look more at actual results and he’s falling way short. You base your reasons on conspiracy without any facts. Goes to show what a joke this board has become.

Does it matter what the reasons are if you are both in agreement that the same changes need to be made? I know a lot of boosters, many from Polk county, and he hits the mark on a lot of stuff. Of course not everything, but I appreciate the humor he brings to the board. It's about time someone called them out imo. We haven't focused on winning in a long time, so something needs to get shaken up.

Not saying he should try to stop it necessarily. But, giving it “his blessings” seems a bit more than just an “ok then.”

You don’t think Kirby has given many empty promises? Just saying he shouldn’t throw any stones… slippery slope here.

It's going to be very funny when Ruiz sues the kid for the $9.5M deal he backed out on with Miami. It will happen if Rashada wins this case. Can't have one without the other.

Actually I think Florida paid off the $150k that the Miami booster had sent him. We aren't getting out of this without some really good memes at the least.

Should be interesting to watch. I know of several other situations where kids are planning to sue for breach of payment for NIL. It's going to get ugly

There's going to be an early motion to dismiss filed in this case. Rashada did nothing to earn any NIL money before he backed out of his commitment. There has to be some consideration given on his part before the collective can breach a contract.

This kid is dealing with his 4th team in a single year of NIL. Now he's suing the head coach and boosters in Florida. What could go wrong in Athens? Why Kirby Smart wants this mercenary on the team is anyone's guess. What does a dawg locker room eventually look like with a malcontent that was promised 9 million from Miami and 13 million in Florida?

Is anyone getting Brian Kelly's vibe yet?

Yes, it does matter. He’s an embarrassment to our Florida contingent on here. He lies constantly and brings in random Tweets as his “evidence.”

He’s more likely to be the subject of a Sheriff Judd press conference than correct on anything he’s saying.

A $500 million dollar “stadium kitchen?” “Disney Gators?” Sounds like someone that just discovered the internet yesterday and likes to spout what they read on Twitter.

You’re smarter than this.
