I assume you're saying Kiffin is a better OC

I'm actually not saying that. I'm saying that any statement claiming Enos is "clearly the best OC" is laughable.

But over the course of the season I saw the best QB development I've ever seen

Did you happen to watch Jake Coker vs Arkansas and Jake Coker vs Michigan State and Clemson? How about Blake Sims vs everyone his senior year vs Blake Sims the guy who got moved to running back?

Enos is very good, but he is not "clearly the best OC in the West".

Bama has 4 and 5 star players at every position,
Enos put up great numbers with less Talent.

Kiffin is decent, with a team full of #1 rated classes! Damn, you can't see the difference?

Now that's laughable!

I love Enos and wouldn't trade him for any OC in the conference but he has only done it for one year.

Again, take a look at what Kiffin did with a new offensive line, a receiving core who not only lost the best WR in the league in a decade but also their best WR 3 weeks into the season as well as a new QB who had zero experience.

And then look back to the year before when he made a converted running back the school's all-time leader in passing.

This could be said for us as well.

Enos will prove a lot this year. If he can do it all over again with Austin Allen (or whomever) at QB then it will be even more impressive.

The only thing I disagreed with anyone on was that Enos was "the best OC in the West by far". That's silly.

I think Enos is really good.

The Arkansas delusion in this thread is palpable.

Robb Smith was the best DC in the league in 2014 too.

Then 2015 happened.

Aggies pad the stats in OOC games early in the season.

That question will more or less be answered this year but it wasn't just Arkansas fans claiming how great he was in 2014

Sort of like giving Fournette 40 carries vs Eastern Michigan?

Yea, I don't quite understand why A&M is getting so much love. They were atrocious on offense last year. They have great wide receivers (as always), but they are relying on Trevor Knight, a group of question marks at running back and a questionable offensive line.

My point wasn't to ruffle feathers, smith was just the perfect example.

One year isn't enough to label someone the best, or worst.

Wasn't trying to say you were but you responded to someone who talked about "Arkansas delusion". But I agree with your point. Enos probably had the best year as an OC in the sec but it was one year.

I mean, it is delusional for Arky fans to believe that, but we all do it.

LSU did with Cam after 2013 and will with Aranda if the defense is as good as expected next year.

This was my biggest point about any of that. It is just ignorant to bring one fan base up when discussing Smith from 2014
