I remember when losing Hugh was the death of OM football like a current HC at LSU.

Sugar Jerdan is the most overrated coach in SEC history, he won exactly one SEC title.

Sugar won exactly one SEC championship, in 1957. They were on probation for cheating, didn’t play in a bowl game, and split the NC with tOSU who is widely recognized as the true NC that season.

Sugar is vastly overrated by Alabama Polytechnic Institute’s fans.

You didn't win jack shite in '58. LSU finished a perfect 11-0, securing the top spot in the final AP and Coaches Polls.
