I just got into LSU baseball a few years ago when I decided to enroll at LSU, so I don't have a great idea of how successful each SEC has been. Let's say starting with expansion in '92, how do the teams rank in terms of success. If I was forced to guess I would rank the top at:

1. LSU
2. USCe
3. UF
4. Arky

After that, I couldn't tell you. Is that about right?

I don't see how UGA gets left off, after a national runnerup during that time and multiple CWS appearances. Obviously LSU and USC belong without question, but I would certainly think UGA would belong in the top 4 somewhere.

Our baseball team is going to be good...very very good. If we dont make it to omaha i will not consider it a successful season

Best pitching staff in the league and a much improved batting order. There is not a weakness on this team

Pay no attention Dawg fan. The op had his jimmies rustled in another thread when I opened his eyes to the lack of success at LSU recently.

From 1992-2006, Alabama was one of the best baseball programs in the country. But we quit.

Georgia Baseball:

CWS Appearances since '92: 4
NCAAT Appearances: 8
Conference Titles: 3

Arkansas Baseball:

CWS Appearances since '92: 3
NCAAT Appearances: 15
Conference Titles: 2

Tough call, I'd put Ark ahead because of the consistency of making the post season (almost double the NCAAT bids).

I'm pretty unaware of other teams' success which is why I started this thread. All I knew really was that LSU and USCe were on top, and I remembered UF having success and Arky talks like they've had a lot of success

Ole Miss Baseball since 92:

Zero CWS appearances
11 NCAAT appearances
1 conf title

Arkansas has 3 CWS appearances, 15 NCAAT appearances, and 2 conf titles. Not even on the same planet.

Give me a ranking then! I've already admitted to not knowing enormous amounts of other teams' success. Arky fans talk a lot more about baseball than OM fans do, so I just assumed they've had more success

So lack of Success = 3 years removed from CWS Champ and reigning SEC champ?

He is literally the only person we lost from last year. We have the nations best closer and a phenomenal weekend rotation. Wes Rea has learned how to hit pitches that arent fastballs, Hunter Renfroe had his jersey retired over the summer for his summer league team, Adam Frazier is still a stud and the two canadians we got are apparently very good.

This baseball season is going to be very interesting i'm looking forward to visiting oxford in may for our series
