As long as I don't see any HUNH teams bitching about players faking injuries idgaf but as soon as yall start complaining about players faking injuries in order to get subbed out/slow down the pace then all yall can EAD.

Do I really need to remind you of the outcome of our game?
We all play by the same rules? Correct? So if the opponent has equal ability to sub. their defense, how is anyone harmed?

Nick Saban has never stopped a Kevin Sumlin offense. In the game he won he was torched even worse than in the game he lost.
The outcome itself is irrelevant to THIS discussion. Saban himself said that was the most stressful game of his life.
He simply doesn't want to deal with it anymore.

So why is a 10 second window unreasonable?..
Because the O has the right to initiate the pace of play. That's why you see teams, who are milking a lead, run most of the play clock before they snap it. The O's are at a disadvantage enough right now. They can have one player moving, laterally, at the snap of the ball. The D can have all 11 players moving around. Three yards and a cloud of dust is dead. Get with the times or get run over by them.

No, he's hiding behind the safety issue instead of coming out and directly saying it...which makes him a bitch.

How you choose to utilize them is up to you.

You can do it because it's perfectly legal. You wont hear me begging for a rule change because it could end up hurting a player who actually was hurt.
However, I still reserve the right to say that any coach who uses it and is blatantly obvious about it is a bitch. Will Muschamp in particular.

Goddman son that is some serious tap dancing. The final score demonstartes we stopped Sumlin and JFF. Deal with it. As it LSU, as did Auburn. two of these teams are pro-style while the Barn runs the HUNH...so that blows your theory up.
Why did we win? Becuase of better defense. Saban is a defensive minded coach and doesn't like that rules today don't allow the defense to subsitute properly. Why does that make you so angry?

The only people I see bitching about it are coaches of schools and their fans that run the HUNH
I don't know what to tell you. Expand your horizons? Get out more? Two of the coaches mentioned in OP's post who are "bitching" about it don't run HUNH offenses. And the general public is currently voting 87-13 on ESPN poll against this nonsense. All 50 states including your own are solidly against it.

Seems to me that Mr. Muschamp is a strategic genius. After all the coaches are saying snapping the ball fast is strategy then isn't faking an injury a strategy as well since it's acceptable in the rules?
Or are you just saying since he is using his own game plan that it's unfair?

OK...so like basketball on grass....the O also has the supreme advantage of knowing the play and when they will snap the ball. Again, all Saban is asking for is for the ability to get the personel he wants on the field to counter....a whole 10 seconds!

13 pages of petty bitching.. This is pathetic, from both sides.

1. you can't spell "demonstrate" much less know what it means
2. stopped who?
628 yards and 42 points? LOL
those damn facts just get in the way don't they?

That 10 seconds is VERY significant. The whole point of the HUNH is to force the defense to get lined up quickly. If they don't you have to be prepared as an offense to snap it immediately. If they do, you slow down and read the defense. Then, you look for mismatches, and exploit those. Defenses CAN sub, but they have to be prepared to do it immediately. A guy can run on, and another run off, in the time it takes to spot and snap the ball.
