I'm just not sure "restoring historic baseball power to glory" has the same appeal that it does in premier college sports.

They’re not having problems attracting a good coach, they’re just waiting until the season is over to do anything !

4 home runs by freshmen today
The entire 1-9 in the lineup today will be back. Some of them won’t be good enough to crack the lineup next year.
A lot of freshmen pitchers saw plenty of action this season.
The big pieces are there, all that next year needs is one big quality starting arm and a newcomer to add stability in the infield/back end of the lineup.
