I love how Bama fans always use this excuse for why they lose despite that Georgia was winning that game when one of the receivers went down.
Colt McCoy got knocked out of the 2010 game, Ohio State lost 13 players for the 2021 title game, the entire COVID season with opt outs, Devin White for LSU missed the entire first half against Bama in 2018, Dallas Turner knocking Jayden Daniels out of the game in 2023, etc. just stop

The perception may have been the fact that UGA was down by four TDs in the first half. If that was a balanced loss, it probably would have looked better from the outside

Kirby doesn't like alternate uniforms so doubtful. You Vols seem to have at least one alternate for every Georgia loss over the last decade so I see why you might think that.

Most of the top teams have had their time, right now it is yours no doubt. It won't last a long time, we all have down times.
Alabama, UF, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, Auburn will be fine in the long run. Noone stays on top very long now.

There is no blackout. We don't do blackouts (as in wearing black jerseys) for rivalry games or important games with Kirby. Some of you believe anything you see on the internet.
