This new video series proves many pro athletes are dumber than a box of rocks. Without pro sports most would be on welfare & food stamps. These videos prove college athletic programs find a way to let them glide thru college without learning or accomplishing anything - and graduate with 6th grade reading and comprehension skills. This shite is disgusting. This makes me sick to my stomach. It makes me not want to watch sports anymore.
Pro athletes truly appear to be among the dumbest people alive. How can anyone admire these pathetic fools?

Of course they’re dumber than rocks. They’re dumber than rappers. I bet 70-80% of NFL players have sub-100 IQs. But what does this have to do with enjoying football?

So many NFL players end up broke that you wonder why everyone keeps selling the dream of getting to the NFL instead of an education.

Tua's was actually pretty damn good. He's polished, articulate, and educated. What he spent his first million on was actually pretty damn reasonable. $800K of it was half the purchase of his house. And given his status, his contract, and where he lives, $1,600,000 for a house is pretty damn modest.
OP, you should remember that these guys are entertainers...nothing more. Rock star musicians, movie stars...lots of them have little to no education and have blown millions on stupid stuff. We sometimes think that because they're superstar athletes that they have this elevated status. They don't. They're entertainers...nothing more.

1. Katy Perry spent $200,000 on a ticket for Russell Brand...to outer space.
2. Ashton Kutcher spent $200,000 on a ticket to outer space also.
3. Nicholas Cage spent $276,000 a stolen Mongolian dinosaur skull...outbidding Leonardo DiCaprio.
4. Paris Hilton spent $325,000 on a two-story villa with a balcony, black crystal chandelier, and designer furniture...for her fricking dogs.
5. Kelly Rowland bought a $5,200 Swarovski-crystal-studded baby bathtub for the daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z.
6. Tamara Ecclestone (whoever the hell she is) spent $1.5 million on a crystal bathtub.
7. Victoria Beckham spent $35,998 on a gold-plated iPhone.
8. Lady Gaga spent $50,000 on a ghost buster.
9. Mike Tyson bought a $2.2 million 24-karat gold bathtub and three Bengal tigers.
You say these players are dumber than a box of rocks...and yeah, some of them are...but is Mike Tyson some kind of fricking genius?
10. Johnny Depp apparently spends $30,000 a month alone on wine "flown in from all over the world for personal consumption."
A thousand dollars a day on fricking wine.

So I guess the question is, why do you fricking care more about how a pro football player spends his money than Mike Tyson or Paris Hilton? Unlike Paris Hilton, at least the players actually worked hard to earn that money.

It's just something I never really thought about in depth until I watched a few of these videos - I guess I avoided thinking about it because I love the game so much. All of the videos I've watched (so far) expose pro athletes as complete kinder-garden level idiots. I'm not a fan of stupidity - from now on "stupid players" is the primary thing I'll think of when I watch a game. IF I had known how ignorant Laremy Tunsil is I never would have squawked about his illegal recruitment at Ole Miss. He was just a fool doing what fools do - like he still doing today.
These videos are ruining sports for me.
I'm sure there are intelligent star athletes in professional sports - but it doesn't look like there are many. If these videos are true representations of the majority of "STAR" athletes it's really disheartening. Most are obviously ignorant fools with no other path in life. Despite earning millions 78% of them still manage to go bankrupt in a few short years. My fandom has changed from watching these videos.

To be honest, it doesn't happen just in sports or entertainment. I work in a "professional" environment. I remember vividly, having a conversation with a resident who had just signed his first private employment contract. Albeit, it wasn't for millions of dollars, but it was for a legitimate six figure salary, working a small ER in Mississippi. As we sat around the office talking about what he planned to do with "all of this money", he promptly and very seriously replied "the first thing I am gonna do is get some wheels for my Camaro". If you had every seen that Camaro you would have thought it should have been left in a field somewhere to rot, but sure as hell the next week that rusted hulk was sporting four of shiniest chrome rims and Goodyear tire that money could buy.

It’s not the players’ fault that they are basically forced to go to college to get to the NFL, especially the high rated recruits. This is no different than a kid graduating high school, getting a plant operator position and blowing his first turnaround check on a loaded out f-250.

Yes she did. In the video, he talks about going to the clubs every week, taking 20-30k or more. Waking up, not sure where he is or where his wallet is.
