Maybe you posted the wrong video? I watched the first 3 minutes and they ran at him once and the play resulted in a TFL . I'm not sure this video supports your position.

Also, I'm on record saying I think LSU wins this game. Our DB and WRs/TEs (outside of Deuce) are a major hinderance.

I have known the Chancellor for 30 years and this doesn't sound like him. Either way though, this is stupidly shortsighted if what you say is true. These guys talk. OM gets some gratification in the short term but hurts their recruiting long term.

I don’t know of a single school in Ole Miss’s position that hasn’t filed suit to collect unpaid contractual buyouts. And I suspect if the roles were reversed every dumbass LSU fan would be howling to curbstomp any player who left and thumbed his nose at LSU’s claim for repayment.

Service by mail is sufficient only after the initial suit has been personally served, which this was. The normal thing these days in 99% of cases is to send the original suit papers by mail and give the defendant the option to waive personal service. I’d be shocked if this wasn’t done. But if the defendant doesn’t execute and return the waiver, he leaves you with no choice but to serve him personally.
