There won't be any signifigant difference in security precautions outside of access to his suite unless you are flying GA or happen upon his motorcade. The security at the game will be already be designated as a National Special Security Event.

They come down the connector. That will affect traffic for the whole city when they clear it out for 30 minutes or so before and after the game. It was a huge PITA when Obama would do it on a normal day, can't imagine what this will be like

This would make me very angry. If i'm paying 3-10k for a ticket and have to stand in line 2 hours for security i would be pizzed. On top of this you run the risk of some nutjob liberal Big10 fan shooting up the place las vegas style after the game ends.

"Happen upon his motorcade" was a very poor choice of wording, since as you point out the route will be closed. Substitute travel the same route. I agree there will be some delays. That's why the POTUS tends to arrive late at these events -- which is my guess as to what will happen. He will either stage early or arrive late according to his itinerary.
Regardless, Trump isn't in charge of his security precautions and the same precautions must be afforded regardless of whatever political view one holds.
I've been shot at (and done some shooting myself) for a couple of Presidents I liked and one I really did not have that much love for -- makes no difference.
