Not to mention Jimbo and SW are friends so there was a comfort level there if he was truly offered. That does not mean Jimbo is better than Kelly. Kelly's record with less talent vs Jimbo's with more speaks for itself.

Over the last five years at ND the irish have played at least NINE P5 teams or more EVERY season. That's regular season. How many P5 teams does jimbo get every year at 8&4?

What’s Kelly’s bowl record while at Notre Dame? I haven’t looked it up, but I thought it was well known that he got his arse kicked every time he’s played decent teams.

I know they do and that doesn't change the fact it's at least NINE P5 opponents. Has been 10 on occassion and not a single FCS opponent. In the last five years how many P5 opponents on a regular schedule and how many FCS opponents?
