Predict Florida's 2020 Record

To the thread title...

11-1, losing to Tennessee in Knoxville.

SECCG appearance vs. Alabama for trip to the CFB playoff.

10-2 would be a disappointment, anything less is an absolute failure.

Mullen shat the bed against UGA last year, and this is the year he MUST get it done. Not getting it done in year 3 with all the turnover on the offense for UGA would be a failure. There are no excuses, barring catastrophic injuries plaguing the team.

How come he couldn't get it done at MSU?

Do you have any idea of MSU football history? He was their most successful coach in their history, maybe debatable with Sherill.

Yep. 9-3 would be the most disappointing UF season, probably since Muschamp's 3rd year in 2013, which of course was a trainwreck starting with the Miami game, then the constant barrage of injuries, which ended with getting massacred by FSU and going through 5 different QBs

That schedule is almost Clemson soft. 10-2 is underachieving

But Mullen wasn’t a lying cheating crybaby dick as was Sherrill.

I wouldn’t say they’re underachievers. I’d say the expectation for them is too high. They essentially have a free ride.

They’d look a lot different in the west.

I mean we play our normal schedule with LSU as our permanent West rival and FSU as our permanent non-conference rival

The schedule does set up well for us with us getting LSU at home and with UGA playing Bama and Auburn. Hopefully we can take advantage.

I do agree, though, anything less than 10 wins would be a disappointment, and I think we really have to be in playoff contention this year

Uga most likely loss.

10-2 or 11-1. I still don't think Mullen is a good big game coach, so I lean towards 10-2. Favorable schedule though. 12-0 is not out of the realm of possibility.

You could argue that top to bottom the East is probably better than the West this season - especially if Nix fails to make a pretty huge leap in year 2.

If anyone else was coaching this team instead of Mullen I would say 10-2. But with Mullen 8-4.

Loss will be one we don't expect like Georgia last year. Ole Miss is a perfect trap game. We beat LSU at home and get to cocky. Lane makes us pay.

I caught that and just rolled my eyes. They never expect a loss to UGA.
