16-24 passing for 183 yards
22 rushes for 62 yards
as much as I want Clemson (cousin to AU to win) the Gumps win by 16 points...at least.

I feel a bit less nervous seeing those stats. I did expect more rushing yards per carry and more passing TD's per game... even though 5.6 is psycho for a QB. I just gotta hope our perimeter speed is fast enough to at least keep him contained. I'll admit I haven't watched a lot of him or Clemson except that OU game, where even then I was half distracted the whole time.
Basically, I'm hoping he's not a superb talent at making busted plays work out, a la Manziel. If he's not that type of QB, I will feel a lot better about our chances.

I think they get 14-17 tops.

quote:He's good, but he's not Manziel running around like a slippery eel making something out of busted plays. Clemson runs the power with Watson and they run him off tackle a good bit, kind of using him as a RB. That type of play is a LOT of what CU does on offense.
