Shunnarrah can't practice anywhere in the south.

He is listed as a member on the Alabama State Bar's website.

So the only selling point on those billboards are his stunning good looks (sic)? I don't get it. Then again, I'm not the usual demographic for an I-85 billboard lawyer, so what do I know.

He has a couple of firms in Alabama and farms out of state stuff to others and I'm sure gets a referral fee for those cases.

AL.com did a story about him a while back.

Yea, I mean it's classic large ambulance chaser attorney business model, I just always get a kick out of guys like that who are selling themselves.....especially when I all I ever see of him is just the picture on the billboard.

At least most of the local guys like that around here (Ken Nugent, Bruce Hagen) are on radio, you hear their voices all the time, they do radio spots and sponsor things, etc. The only time I see Shunnarrah is on those random billboards.

The way I understand it from a lawyer friend who does work in Selma for Shunnarrah. Shunarrah gets 2% of all cases worked by this guy whether or not the client came via Shunarrah or not. Dude said that 90% of his clients were either repeat or from Shunarrah and that his practice has increased by almost double from signing up.

They should just use Harvey's attorney. They'll be fine.
