Why?

LSU has a proven starter and a backup that would start for a lot of SEC teams.

Is that why there was no substitution on the DL at last year's SECCG when UGA substituted a lot of its OL?

Pretty much.

I don't remember the exact number, but Wingo and Roy took like, 90% of the snaps last season.

It's not that some of the guys we brought in are going to be playmakers, but just the fact that we can rest our starters when we're up 20 plus on a rent a win will pay off by end of season.

That team last year punched way above it's weight.

He's an expert on the UGA QB situation? An expert on the UGA offense?

That can be true and still not be proof of a clear advantage for LSU at QB.

He's second team, but yeah, I would put him first team ahead of Burton at least, but honestly, all these lists are going to look pretty different at the end of the season.

I believe one of freshmen WR has a very good first year for Fla. Either Mizell or Jean.

Today, the advantage at QB goes to LSU and it's not particularly close. Hard to take anything else you're saying seriously if you can't admit that.

Oh, man, you should be scared. I put this hot take out a few months ago, and I will stand by it now. I think this year's offense will be the deepest it has ever been under Smart. Beck will have his growing pains, but given the way the schedule worked out, all the QBs should be getting work ingame in September as well as possibly October. Beck doesn't have the quicks of a Bennett, but he may not need it with this OL, even with losing some stalwarts, mainly due to the quick passing and screen game UGA will continue to utilize.

I think the defense will also be deeper this year, especially on EDGE and LBer, even losing a superstar like Carter and the experience of Ringo and Smith. There will be better depth in the secondary than there was last year.

I think the reason UGA can take so many this class is because a whole lot of players are going to be declaring for the draft again next year.

Georgia is getting the benefit of the doubt from voters, as they should after 2 straight NCs. Beck is still going to have to prove to me that he can consistently perform at the level needed week in and week out in the SEC before I buy the hype. It's really hard to win without a QB in this day and age.

All that to say - Georgia doesn't "scare" me on July 10, 2023. Unless Jayden Daniels takes a massive step back this year, I don't see any team "scaring" me to be honest. I think we can compete with anybody, as opposed to 20/21 when basically every cupcake scared me.

You want to do some avatar bets on passing yards per game? Passing TDs? Passing efficiency?

Having a perceived advantage and having a clear advantage are 2 different things.

I can admit a lot of things.
If you think there is a clear advantage for LSU, tell me the UGA Passing numbers for 2023?

But not that it's a clear advantage for LSU to return a 5th year starter and a backup with more live snaps than any QB on your team?

To be better than UGA, LSU has to be better than UGA.

What will the UGA passing yards per game be?
Passing TDs?
Passing yards per attempt?
QB efficiency?

I didn't make the statement that UGA is clearly better than LSU.
But I have more than 1 LSU fan on record that LSU is clearly better at QB than UGA.

Why don't all of you go on record and give me your predictions for UGAs passing offense 2023?

If it is clear, this should be easy.

You post words in the offseason with little thought and even less meaning?

And piss down your pants when someone asks a tangible question?

Is that how this works?

Clearly

Will Rogers is the best QB in the SEC!

I'm honestly not sure Rogers finishes the season as the starter at State. Mike White is a better fit for the offense.

Look, you've been a little bitch in this thread since page 1.

If you can't understand that going into week 1, LSU has a clear advantage over every other SEC team at the QB position, with the guys they return, then you're too fricking stupid for me to waste any more time on.
