i'm having deja vu from LSU 2016.
Except Kevin Steele is already 62 years old, hasn’t been a head coach in 18 years, and in all his years of coaching has only pulled one 5* recruit as the lead recruiter

Sounds exactly like Ole Miss last year. Big boosters who wanted Luke to be hired tried to bully Keith "9 inch" Carter into promoting McIntyre.
Luckily he slapped then across the face with his schlong, told them to get in line and went out and hired Kiffin

Negative. It’s the same one that got us into this mess in the first place.

Steele would be an excellent hire.
I recommend.

Is Harbert STILL trying to call the damn shots? Steele needs to start packing his bags, pay him his $2.5million and wave goodbye.

No, it’s both of them

I feel certain Marchello is stirring up shite and knows nothing. Auburn (AD Greene and Prez Gouge) wouldn’t agree to fire Gus if there weren’t already a new HC (not Steele) already committed and signed.

It doesn’t work this way though. Very rarely do any coaching searches go that smooth. Especially at a place like auburn where several power hungry boosters are voicing their opinions.
