Is this the first mock poll to come out after most/all of the juniors have declared?

I’m not sure I’d call it a “mock poll.”
It’s one guy’s opinion.
To me, polls are comprised of multiple data points and/or sources.

We’re going to have a sick nasty defense. We’re replacing most offensive linemen, but have lots of highly rated, albeit inexperienced replacements. We’ll have to see about the QB position but we should be solid with returning receivers and star-studded freshmen. Should be more than good at RB.
Probably ranked too high with the offensive question marks, but we’re not going to give up many points in 2020. Probably much fewer than 2019. Take LSU (Burrow) out of the equation and our 2019 D was insane.

While I would love the magical mystery tour of Memphis being good in football to continue I think the wheels are due to come off sooner or later for them.

25. Texas A&M
People will take this as me picking at A&M but I am just not sold on Jimbo and Aggiedom. This seems like a promising A&M team... that will lose around 4-5 games this year.

OU, LSU, and Bama too high.
Florida too low. My money is on UF to win the SEC next year.

Arizona State and North Carolina are not better than Texas and Texas A&M.
Agreed. Every now and then Arizona State gets some weapons on offense that makes them a salty team, but forgive me if I sound ignorant as I haven't watched them much in the Herm Edwards era. Just don't see it with North Carolina
Ok State is going to be sneaky salty next year with their two biggest weapons both returning and their QB, who will be a RS Sophomore, will be much improved in Gundy's system. Definitely the darkhorse to win the Big 12

Yeeeeeeah....I'm not seeing Georgia at #2.
I mean, I'd take it....but I just don't think that'll happen.

2010 AU and 2019 LSU have been earily similar.

Love when people make huge leap comparisons like this

Jimbo had a major turnaround to perform to get the Sumlin stink off this program. We've had lots of Sumlin recruits transfer out and leave early, and lots of freshman and sophomore players that Jimbo recruiting taking over starting roles. Growing pains were expected.
Next year we should have experienced starters at most positions, but not enough experienced depth to make a run at a conference title IMO. Injuries at most positions will still be painful until 2021.

2. Georgia
Loses their entire starting offense, which wasn’t very good to begin with. They’re a solid #10 to #15 team next year. 2 is utterly ridiculous.

Even after Fromm left? I mean I get UGA is bringing a lot back but 2 seems really high. I do think they belong in top 5 though.

LSU at 10 is a joke. Pat Fords hates LSU
Considering how much y'all are losing, the fact that y'all are still #10 going into next year shows how strong a program LSU has rn

Such a dumb stat.
We had 9 guys start on the OL this year. It won’t be as good, but it will still be among the best.
Our best WRs throughout the year were Pickens, Blaylock, and Cager. We get 2 back.
Our RBs will be fine.
Also Georgia has 22 of the 26 players we play on defense consistently coming back.

After that championship, Auburn had 6 players drafted in the 2011, 2012 & 2013 drafts. That's 6 total.
LSU will have more than 6 drafted in 2020 alone.

Here's hoping Georgia is ranked #1 in to start the season.

Uga has consistently been a top 5 team 3 years in a row. Proves we reload, and we return 5 OL with starts.
