No national title since the 30s.

No top 5 finish in many decades.

No one was expecting A&M to be any good.

Why would this be embarrassing when your team is already irrelevant? If anything it was embarrassing for Arkansas, not aTm.

Kick 'em while they're down!

Well, that's just the way it works I suppose.

Sherman fricked up by not going for it on 4th and 1 at midfield with an 8 point lead. You get 1 yard, you have a good shot at a double digit 4th quarter lead. Instead an ultra conservative and bad punt and Arky ties the game less than 2 minutes later when A&M's defense wasn't stopping them the whole half.

Then the FG to take a 3 point lead instead of going for the touchdown and if you don't get it, Arky is still pinned inside the two and you might get a safety.

Just some really dumb super conservative decisions got you guys beat.

This coaching staff will not cut it in the SEC. Don't know who we could get but they've got to go. I fricking hate Sherman...never seen a bigger pussy in my life! Arky ML paid out well though ;)

You guys have a strength and conditioning problem... not necessarily a talent problem. That is really good news. That can be fixed in one off season if your S&C coach busts balls.

As a member of the SEC, your head coaching gig got a lot more attractive to top talent too.

It will help getting SEC money for your program. We share the money equally in the SEC instead of how they do it in the big tex conference. Texas is a fricking joke.

Y'alls success will be in recruiting the state of Texas. The kids in Texas will have to decide if they want to come to Texas A&M and play in the greatest conference in the country against the greatest competition week in and week out or if they want to go play with the tea sip pussies in Austin.

I agree. The only decent thing to do is A&M should remove themselves from the SEC and we should return to the 12 team conference and suspend any expansion talks.

Get over it, man. It's the SEC; everybody loses games.

Of course, some lose more than others.

I'm more of a corp. nut squeezing fan. But those are both great alternatives.

No, aTm deserves a better finish. Don't ever let the Rantards on here get to you, it's your program and it can be the program you (and your fellow Aggie fans) want. You set your standard.

Hell, if we can be competative anyone can, provided they have the desire to.

The problem is where we'll be at entering the SEC. Kids no doubt want to play in that conference. But they don't want to play in it bad enough to get their heads kicked in week in and week out.

That's why this season was so imperative. We needed to win on a large scale to dive in with momentum. We likely never were going to win over 8 next year but a successful season this year would have been great way to show recruits that we're on the up and up and can win conference championships etc.

Today sucked. The season isn't over yet. Last year we were in worse shape than we are now at this point, but we ended up beating teams that were better than us. If we can pull out a win in Norman (damn I'm delusional) this season will look a lot different than it does right now. I don't think anyone with a lick of sense can say that A&M can't compete with teams like Arkansas. You can say we can't finish, and that'd be accurate on days like today, but the potential is clearly there. Gotta sustain it. In the meantime let's plug up our bleeding vajayjays 'cause this shite is embarrassing.
