I wish it were true, but I think OU has the better team and coaching staff. We are missing something, and apparently can't get it straight

Your reverse psychology won’t work. We have no offense. Surely your team won’t lose to no offense team twice in a season, right?

Competitive game until the end. I’m looking forward to visiting Norman.

Zero U by three TDs.

The sec underlings can no longer prop Alabama up any longer.

They can't beat Texas and they can't beat OU.

I have no idea. I always lean Alabama in big games, even when they are playing Georgia.

BUT...if they are as banged up as many on here claim, and if Oklahoma is healthy....also, a strong defense could keep Alabama from scoring much....

This game is one I am really looking forward to watching.

Same here. OU/ Bama is like Indy/tOSU though. They’re not used to being in this position and are going to give it everything they’ve got.

Ultimately, it will come down to if Ty Simpson has his mind right

It’s going to be tough for the Sooners beat Bama twice in one season.

In the last game, OU beat Bama by forcing turnovers.

There are definitely aspects that will favor OU (Defense, Special Teams, Kicker, defensive coaching, home field advantage) but Bama has an elite offense with elite wide receivers and will be looking for a revenge game. Hard to call.

OU defense is just too good. I expect a run to the NC game.

OU should win this game, they have the better Defense and special teams and the offense has been incrementally improving. They should have some key players back, and home field advantage. BUT this is the exact kind of game OU has had a tendency to lose. As others have said, it is tough to beat a group of players 3 times in 12 months, even if some of the players weren't there.
The keys: Field position (special teams), turnovers of course, and can a player break out for either team. I am really interested to see if R Mason Thomas plays in this game, as he did not in Tuscaloosa.

OU is very weak offensively, so the Bama matchup plays into their hands in a way that a matchup with Miami would not.

OU has been to playoff games and NC games a whole lot of times. Don’t think Indiana is a good comparison.

Side note RMT is playing…that’s very bad for Ty.

Crimson Tide versus Crimson and Cream

The majority are picking Alabama.

Maybe this time DeBoer has Oklahoma figured out.

What I know is most of this season the Sooners have surprised the opposition and the betting public winning when they were expected to lose.

One more time, bring it on.

Go Sooners!

Nobody said that.

I think it's great that Oklahoma went to being a defensive team.

If only I had a time machine or time to mine old posts here when OU was announced as coming.
