I’m kinda warming up to an independent LSU. We might go undefeated every year now. Let’s go!

Doesn't count for post-season play. By default LSU doesn't even make the playoffs with a perfect 3-0 record.

Why? Its beyond time to part ways.

When OU doesn’t care that Texas is doing it, but outraged at LSU, then there is no remedy.

Clean your ear wax out. No where did OU mention LSU! The President said no NFL players in SEC.

Like what is the endgame here for these fricking morons? Break the rules and get wrecked by the SEC? Suck all the oxygen out of the room for their team that is supposedly competing for a playoff spot?

They’ll lose 50% revenue and then they’ll have to fight a losing case in federal court for 4 years. Not some backwoods Louisiana cousin fricker court.

Meanwhile they won’t be able to pay their coaches and players (who they are already struggling to pay hence the PE rumors)

Classic case of biting off more than they can chew. Different world down there.

Remember when you were constantly insisting daily that Lane was staying? You couldn't understand why he'd leave, etc.

It's happening again. This is that moment. Just a different topic.

I'm not sure what the end game is for Kiffin at this point. He's just happy being in the news. Now Wade on the other hand. He's counting on tomorrow's verdict to fill out his anemic roster.
I have to wonder if the SEC will try to punish in basketball as well. That horse may have just left the barn already

Just amazing how the SEC boldly creates a rule to try & curb the absurdity of 2026 college football & Lane Kiffin is ruining it by running around with his dick out.

These different SEC schools really are coming out publicly with a united front.

For OU, a relatively new member to be speaking confidently on it, must mean these discussions have given him confidence to make such declarations.

You will see a statement from each of the fifteen other schools in the next 24 hours. This is coordinated
