That guy is one of the 15 who has had the conversations about what to do about “the LSU problem” and can cast a vote to do it.
I think many LSU fans here are going to learn a lot about being a member of a conference. And very possibly about not being the member of a conference.

Yeah
why even create the rule if you're going to ignore it two weeks later. How weak would they all look if they don't enforce it?
