Someone I liked back in the day was O.J.Simpson. Some of his runs were ridiculous.
I really hate that dude did what he did, and he did it, but I thought he was really good.
What he did doesn’t erase memories of what he was, and that was a great running back.

I loved myself LaDainian but have to go with Barry or Walter Payton

Barry Sanders all day every day
God him in a legit offense. Imagine if he got to play today in his prime on the cheifs, bills chargers or bengals.
Also wow what a QB can do for you- 5 or 6 years ago these were the laughing stocks of the league now they're the Super Bowl favorites

He only has 4 yrs in the league, but guess who has a higher career YPC than any of those guys:
Nick Chubb
Gotta stay healthy, but he has a chance to be one of the all timers with his consistency (averaging 1,200 yards per season and has been above 5 ypc all four years).

No injury from that list is easily BO Jackson. Not listed but Earl Campbell was and would still be unbelievable.

Barry Sanders or the not listed Marshall Faulk.

I'll take Sanders.
The only back I would consider over him in the modern era is Marshall Faulk.

No Marcus Allen
Think about this. When Bo Jackson got to the Raiders, Marcus was only a few years past a Super Bowl win and MVP. He was still in his 20's. And Bo came in and pretty much took his starting job from him. That is something else.

That's because Al Davis had a vendetta against him and tried to ruin his career. Nothing against Bo Jackson, he was a beast before the injury. Fact is, people that wasn't around during his career doesn't realize how good he was. He had one of the most memorable touchdown runs in Superbowl history.

Tough one as I should always vote for Bo
But Barry Sanders was outstanding. I do not think Bo hit his prime in the NFL. Sanders has to get my vote.

Bo. Good at everything, including commercials.

Knowing Bo Jackson got hurt and it derailed his career, Barry Sanders.
That being said, possibility of injury aside, give me Bo Jackson.
GTFO. Bo played 38 NFL games. He doesn't even belong in the discussion. You can't even say that he was dominating in those 38 games. He averaged 5.4 YPC. Jamaal Charles averaged more than that in the 9 years he was a KC Chief.
