And one thing most people aren't realizing. If Martin and kjerstad get on they are both so damn fast just about any ball that finds grass is scoring them

We swept Florida and y’all and Able made our batters look foolish. You haven’t seen a pitcher this good all year. Trust us.

Not even close to being true

A walk wont score a runner on 1st or 2nd

And it only scores a runner on 3rd if the bases happen to be loaded

I’d be more worried about Arkansas making it 9 innings as opposed to just 8 2/3...

Yeah it’s probably going to be Kevin Able, the guy that came in and shut y’all down last night before getting pulled to save him for tonight. Dude is lights-out. He went 7 innings against us and never showed a let off.

Which has happened this series already. There's a reason we've scored more runs than them overall. Everybody wants to act like they've been knocking the cover off the ball. They struck out 12 times in game 1 and for all intents and purposes should have lost game 2 as well. Let's not pretend they're out there scorching our pitching.

Hey bro, Oregon States pitch counts have been a main talking point for two days.

Game, Set, Match.

Another thing to note that my daughter picked up on with Able. His eyes are straight. But they aren’t crossed either. He can watch runner on 3B and pitch at the same time. I don’t know if that is a benefit or a detriment. He is incredibly mature for a freshman though. Like a baseball version of Hitler’s Youth.

Hey Bro

Yall are averaging 6 hits a game, 3.5 runs a game, and .181 batting

Game. Set. Match

Yall havent pounded their pitching. This isnt something worth debating

Other than the two dingers and 12 hits last night.

The Beaver bats are due as well. They had the 3rd best batting average in the NCAA this season and have continued to get hits in Omaha.

quote:

The Beavers hit their way to four wins after an opening-game loss to North Carolina. They're scoring 9.6 runs per game at this CWS while hitting .351. For Arkansas, which never trailed against Texas, Texas Tech or Florida in reaching the championship round for the first time since 1979, the numbers are nearly as gaudy -- a .330 batting average and 7.7 runs per game.

There's a reason Vegas gives OSU the edge tonight.

It isnt really that close right now in terms of who is swinging the bat better

Oregon states BA and slugging is far ahead of Arky

Arky is far ahead of OSU in limiting walks though which has kept them in this series

I hope I am wrong, but my gut tells me OSU blows them out tonight

I think both teams get the bats going tonight.

I'm sure ESPN is hoping for a slugfest.

I say OSU 8, Arky 6.
