My understanding was YTTV would be rolling out a sports only package this Fall that would include the ESPN Unlimited package.

Wait, this is a thing?

Espn had multi view dur

For ESPN programming only. There are other networks showing CFB. Multi View programming across multiple networks is where YTTV shines.

So, dur, to you.

Should be fine, just hope Texas doesn’t end up in one of the TNT/TruTV CFP games.

You won't have to worry about that.

I know the goal was to have ESPNUnlimited integrated into the YTTV App for fall 2026 (football season) and put together in a sports only package for like $54 per month that would include only channels that show live sports.

That was part of their agreement after ESPN had gone silent last year.

Yeah exactly. I will watch Arkansas-A+M or Tennessee-UK over any B1G game outside of Ohio State-Michigan.
Precisely. Pretty much all of the good Big 12 and ACC games are covered by ESPN and antenna. Naturally I'm interested in the Louisville game for example.

Ohio State Michigan is on FOX anyway. I couldn't care less about Purdue Northwestern. Give me Arkansas v Mississippi State all day long.

I looked it up. There is a $64.99 all sports package that also gets you your over the air local channels. Compared to $82.99 for the standard YTTV plan.

Now I think I'm leaning to this just for the multi view. Below is what a search shows. Looks like March Madness is captured along with ACC and B1G. These are the only channels I really used on YTTV. Got tired of Moonshiners and Gold Rush anyway.

YouTube TV’s Sports Plan offers a streamlined lineup of approximately 30 channels, priced at $64.99/month (or $54.99/month for new subscribers in their first year). This package includes major local broadcast affiliates, comprehensive ESPN networks, and key cable sports channels, excluding general entertainment and news programming.

Included Channels
Local Broadcasts: ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, PBS, The CW, and Ion.
ESPN Networks: ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS, and ESPN Unlimited (digital stream added in Fall 2026).
Major Sports Networks: FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network (BTN), SEC Network, ACC Network, NFL Network, Golf Channel, NBA TV, CBS Sports Network, and NBC Sports Network.
Sports-Inclusive Cable: TNT, TBS, truTV, and USA Network.
Other: TUDN (Spanish sports), Univision, UniMás, Telemundo, and select independent stations like COZI TV and Dabl.
Key Exclusions
News: CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNBC are not included (requires the Sports + News Plan at $72/month).
Regional Sports: Most Regional Sports Networks (RSNs) are excluded, though select NBC-owned RSNs may be available in specific markets.
Entertainment/Family: Channels like Disney, Nickelodeon, HGTV, and Comedy Central are omitted.
Add-Ons: NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL RedZone (via Sports Plus) are available as separate paid add-ons.

I subscribe to espn+ only. The espn apps are arse. I have to fiddle with issues all the time to either watch on a device or TV.

Yeah, this seems to be a common complaint that appears. I never noticed when I used the app for baseball and a few football games, but I always defaulted to YTTV first.

With this common complaint and the multi-view, definitely going with the stand alone YTTV sports package this year.
