Penn St. has to be up there every year just to give the Big 10 street cred.

Penn State would be the 12th best team in SEC. But media gonna media.

8 of the top 15 are from the newly expanded SEC.

Auburn sure showed that dastardly Penn State in their home and home series a few years ago!

Mizzou picked in pre-season top 10!

However, in July the SEC media types will display their laziness and/or stupidity by picking us to finish in the bottom half of the conference.

To be fair Auburn did finish 12th in the SEC standings in 2022 so Penn State would have in fact been the 12th best team at least

But Penn State still beat Auburn at home even worse than New Mexico State did. That shite was embarrassing.

Ohio St and Bama are too high. Ole Miss needs to be in the top 5. I doubt the Vols are a top 20 team. Clemson probably needs to be a bit higher, they return alot of talent. Notre Dame returns alot of talent and probably needs to be higher.

LSU will likely be favored in every game this year. Early spreads have us -6 over Southern Cal and -2 over Bama. Get Ole Miss and OU at home

Mich too high. They’re losing a lot on offense and obviously coaching staff. Plus they’re actually playing some decent teams next year

This seems like a composite of their recruiting rankings and their transfer portal rankings. Not a bad way to do it honestly.

Edit: Other than Penn State. That doesn't agree with any of their other rankings.
