Ole Miss writer keeps giving us entertainment... a small update

It's gotten so bad that the owner of the Ole Miss 247 board is going to other boards to defend this Yancy guy.
Literally a 247 owner is on the Rival's board defending him.
What's more telling is that the owner is saying that this Yancy guy is involved in recruiting and that the coaches KNOW it.
Interesting!

No. That's some Ole Miss fans being rightfully upset over it and the owner of the ole miss 247 page trying to defend the yancy kid by saying yancy is responsible personally for getting players to Ole Miss.
Evidently now Mr Spirit is being pushed into a corner by 247 and other employees of the Ole Miss 247 board.
But with the owner of the 247 board stating that, it is going to raise a ton of questions about what the yancy kid has been doing, because legally and by rules CAN NOT recruit.
Having said that, if somebody alter Mr Spirit's words.... then issues for that person are coming.

So he is admitting that Yancy is actually recruiting for Ole Miss rather than just doing his job reporting on sports? I said yesterday that video of Yancy leading recruits with questions trying to steer them to Ole Miss magically disappeared after it made the internet rounds few years back and it was denied of course. Well this is pretty damning right here.

I really don't think you grasp what is happening here. LK got a needed QB to come to campus for a visit and a writer goes rouge and lies. not once. but several times in what appears to be an attempt to help the program. Do you understand what that did?
The other writers and employees of the Ole Miss 247 board are rightfully livid because their livelyhoods are at stake because of one guy. That's not my words.... but the words of those writers.
Now the Owner of that 247 board is saying (unless forged) that Yancy has been recruiting and more for Ole Miss. Do you understand what that DOES?

Crazy story. The line between journalism and advocacy is always blurry in sports writing, but I have no idea what the NCAA rule on that would be. That made up quote from the recruit was objectively ridiculous by any and all standards.
