Why wait? I say we dismiss Weiss and hire CHF now as our OC. Given what the barns can afford to pay the move would be lateral for CHF and well within our budget. After CLK wins his second or third SEC championship we can send him to the NFL and CHF can slide into his place and finish what was so rudely interrupted a few year back. It is also just the right thing to do!

Auburn has made the SEC Championship game with 4 coaches.
Ole Miss has never made it.
Auburn has played for two national titles in the last 12 years, winning one of them.
Ole Miss has never made to a national title game.

Erroneous…fake news. The vast majority of Ole Miss fans do not want him back. He quit on his team and showed no Loyalty to his coaches or players that last year.
Don’t get me wrong. He will win ball games as he has done everywhere he’s coached and every sport he has coached. Like someone has already said on here he will beat an Alabama or Georgia the same year he loses 45 to 6 to an unranked team.
