Sad, I know how easy it is to do that to yourself, I was on the line weight wise for my height, really just overweight. 50lbs less later I feel great and am actually on the low side, weight wise, for my height. No exercise, just a change in diet goes a long ways...

I have always been in good shape, seems lately my metabolism has slowed down and I've had to cut back eating...gained about 10lbs in 2 weeks. Gonna start working out again next week. I will never let myself get close to being fat.

Not if Obama is re-elected. There won't be enough food left for anyone to gain weight - assuming there is still an America in 2040.

What helped me the most was not having time for lunch at the job. Not necessarily skipping meals, just eating several smaller meals during the day than 3 large meals. After I while I was eating less and less and of course stopped eating junk and started eating real food.
