His response to his own article:

"You all have said it: I definitely whiffed on these predictions. I can't say I'm a huge college baseball fan and this article was based on somewhat limited research. The stats led me to believe that these teams would be eliminated, but as is always true in baseball, there's a lot more to winning and losing than what's on paper."

Tells you everything you need to know about Bleacher Report.

Check out the interceptions - several of them have been flukes. A few earlier in the season were poorly thrown balls, but that has really improved. Also check out the rushing touchdowns, and oh yeah, he can catch it too.

If it keeps on happening, it's not a fluke any longer.

I predict that this game will be the most competitive conference game this weekend.

UT/UK might be competitive. It'll be ugly though.

My boy says he can eat 50 eggs, he can eat 50 eggs.

Be sure to try the Wal-Mart chicken tenders at the reception.
This whole thread is moot. We havn't won a coin toss all year (0-7). If we finally win one, we'll lose the game no matter what.

Wow!! Some elitist attitude here!! What the frick has Coach Marlin done with your abortion of a program thus far? When was the last time you guys won 9 games?

You're contradicting yourself while being an idiot here. What Mullen has done is on par with about the best State's ever been. That's exactly why we're keeping him.

Why is State's defense considered good?

Because State does things like keep teams from scoring very many points, and force lots of turnovers.

aTm does things like getting 57 points dropped on them in regulation. I don't think that's happened to MSU since the Spurrier years at Florida.
Bama - Saban's getting old, but he'll probably live to 200, getting more surly each year. Unfortunately, will be around.

LSU - Uncle Lester will manage to piss off the fans about every other year, but is way too good to lose, and way too weird to be hired anywhere else.

MSU - Mullen won't be fired. Ever. If he didn't pursue/get offered the UF job in '10, he's probably not going anywhere. He stays.

ole miss - Freeze, I see being sort of like an annoyingly religious version of Mullen. Stays.

Arkansas - Johnelle is out. Will be interesting.

auburn - not a chance in hell Chizik is around.

aTm - That guy whose name I havn't bothered to learn will be fired for shitting the bed late in games, only to be replaced by another guy whose name I won't bother to learn, who will also be fired for shitting the bed in close games.

Our field always looked bad when it was grass because we had to hire State grads to maintain it and they would always sabotage it.

Not our fault you guys approved our recommended "all-salt fertilizer" treatment.

Field turf in the southeast is an embarrassment. I guess that means Mizzou gets a pass.
Florida has more to lose because when they play Bama, they'll likely be in a play-in game for the national championship game. If MSU beats Bama, we'll probably still lose to LSU and wind up in the Cap 1 bowl. If we lose it's not like we're missing out on a BCSNC game chance. MSU is just playing for the wild chance at an upset. However, that makes us no more dangerous than a Florida team that's probably more solid.

How does it feel being the worst poster on this board?

Woah there. He's bad, but he's not even the worst among that fanbase.
I'll be shocked if Saturday, AJ doesn't throw his first pick since we picked him off last year.
Also, you're too young and eager to be starting grind threads willy nilly.
Gotta be uncle Lester. He does the first thing that comes to mind, logic be damned, and gets results.

Unlike your fanbase, we treasure championships, not .500 seasons and bowl appearances.

You're not wrong about that.

However, I really can't understand wanting to get rid of Richt, with his record being so exceptional. It's not like you were winning nattys every year before he showed up.
