Sounds like they're lucky as hell that whoever the victim was didn't want to press charges nor did the police push the issue. Since they were at this party I'd assume the victim was a fan/student. 5 players and 2 of them the Nkemdiche bros. coulda been a world of bad for OM.
Still 2 mill is a hefty price tag but I guess if you're willing to take charges off the table (and obviously any pay out would be MUCH smaller) it's probably a steal.

I know Eli was a Sigma Nu but don't remember where the arrest was. Seems like it was near the house though. Regardless, you would never flee a public intox. Apples to oranges.

OPD literally gives 0 fricks when it comes to arresting people. It's nice to have but you have a few that look for petty things to arrest people over sometimes.

Naw, we already got revenge with the human joystick. Just passing along what I've heard from my brother who is heavily involved with the greek scene there. The Nkemdiches have a reputation for starting shite (H Jones agrees) and I remember hearing about this when it happened.

So, the dude is lying about getting hit at the KA house and fell out in front of it, got picked up by an ambulance there? That would be almost impossible to pull off.
There were rumors on the boards about this after it happened. There is way too much smoke here for there not to be something to it. Somebody is gonna end up giving them up. Too many people were there not to see who hit him!
