Washington was one of the first schools to publicly threaten legal action over an alleged breach of a revenue-sharing contract. Quarterback Demond Williams entered the transfer portal just days after signing a revenue-sharing agreement with Washington before ultimately returning to the Huskies.

Georgia has also pursued legal action over an alleged NIL contract breach involving a former player.

Wisconsin sued Miami, alleging tortious interference and tampering by illegally inducing Xavier Lucas to breach his contract and transfer.

As schools begin distributing more than $20 million annually through revenue sharing, legal action to enforce contracts will likely become increasingly common.

This doesn't look good for LSU, that's for sure.

The Wisky and UGA lawsuits are over NIL, not revenue sharing.
Probably not a big difference but definitely different.

Bwahahahahaha…even your own fricking AD says it’s a contract with the players. “Durrrr…maybe we should look into trying to go after LSU for it?!”
