You've been here since 2006. How has LSU/Chicken not put you on mute by now?

We all admit that was a bad time. Louisiana has no room to talk there.

I’m messing with you. My GGG Grandfather was a member of the 18th Alabama Infantry. Fought at both Shiloh and Chickamauga. Wounded at Chickamauga and died in a Confederate hospital almost a year later.

My family is from Philadelphia. After the Depression they moved over to Clarksdale before the railroad brought them to Louisiana in the 1930’s

I don’t know man. BR seems to have a significantly high population of AA’s than Oxford.

Yes, but only one state flagship university continued giving out battle flags long after everyone else had stopped.

Well UGA is actually a better school than State.
State is on the same tier as Southern and KSU.

LSU's Historical Campus
Louisiana State University's (LSU) main campus in Baton Rouge is situated on land that was once home to three plantations. These plantations were Arlington, Nestle Down, and Gartness. The history of these sites is significant, as they were places where enslaved people worked.

You're an idiot. Are we doing the our history is less racist than yours bullshite again? No southern state wins that argument.

Yet somehow, none of the original SEC schools have more Rhodes scholars than Ole Miss. Ole Miss has 27 while Texas in Oklahoma do have 30 each.
