One was the biggest music star on the planet and I’ve never heard of the other until he was shown a bajillion times on tv during the game this weekend.

I’ll take my Kentucky guys: Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson, and Tyler Childers.
Love their work...but I'd take Kentucky's own John Prine over them all put together.

Actually no they wouldn't be for anti American commies
Go look at the Highwaymen interviews where Kris Kristofferson compares US Flag Waving to Nazi Germany. Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson were right there and none of them said a peep against it.
Then again...Kris Kristofferson has earned the right to criticize. Dude was a Rhodes Scholar, Army Ranger and Helicopter pilot.

Garth is a great performer/entertainer. He played a show in Central Park in 1997 that drew a crowd of 1 million. The dude is a GOAT.
Only The Beatles have sold more albums than Garth which is insane.

Garth Brooks sucks donkey dicks. Not sure who Wallen is.

Garth is great. A womanizer, but a great entertainer. If you don’t know who Wallen is you just don’t listen to much mainstream country. He has at least five songs out now that are great.

Mizzou's Sheryl Crow beats them all.

Well, sure. I was going for current folks, otherwise I'd added Loretta as well.

Angel from Montgomery is in the regular rotation.

60s and 70s "progressive" is nothing like what it means to be "progressive" today. I guess next you'll say Loretta singing about the pill is synonymous with that current "country" singer who takes her toddler to drag shows.

What is this thread, a contest to claim the biggest woke soyboy bro-country artist?

Cash was very patriotic and served in the military. He had conservative and liberal ideals.
I seriously doubt any of them would be in favor of taking children to drag shows.

A&M stays loyal to the Randy Rodgers Band.
If there is one thing to say good about aTm and College Station it’s that they have a good music scene.
Ain’t nothing like sitting and eating at the Dixie Chicken and being serenaded by a little REK….or catching a show with the aforementioned Randy Rogers, Wade Bowen, Roger Creager, etc at Hurricane Harry’s!

I would consider myself someone who likes Morgan Wallen, at least a few of his songs. I'm kind of a Garth Brooks hater, or I was before I went to his show at Razorback Stadium last summer.
Everybody who has ever listened to country music probably knows at least ten Garth Brooks songs by heart. I didn't really want to enjoy it, but it was a great show, and you can't really help it when the guy has so many hits.
