Enough for what? He won’t be fired if that’s the question. Not only because of the run, but also because the AD who told him he had a short leash is gone.
I don’t think making a super should be too surprising for this team. Until the late season collapse, they were in the conversation for 1st in the West. Win today and you’ve silenced all of the detractors. Lose today and you’ve probably silenced half with some who will have him on a short leash.

I’ve mentally been checked out as a Bianco fan for many years. I root for the team and get excited for their success regardless, i.e. I am not gonna pull for us to lose so he gets the boot.
Basically I try my best to ignore his presence, but I would be happy if he were fired basically at any time. He is a master of weaseling his way out of reaching the tipping point where he has to be fired, so I’ve accepted that it’s out of our hands. Just win.
ETA: it would take a pretty big run for me to actually get back on the Bianco bandwagon, like 3 years in a row as a super host or making supers, with at least one more Omaha appearance (not including this year).

He built the program to one of the top programs in the country. The last of post season success is an issue. The program is at a point where any quality coach can recruit to Ole Miss. The idea that we would immediately suck if we fired him is asinine. Why is Bianco the only baseball coach on the planet to win in Oxford with the current state of the program?
That’s what I thought 20 years ago when we fired Nolan Richardson. Same with Tenner and fat Phil

Exactly, you better have “The Guy” ready to replace a guy like Bianco, not just another coach.
