Much of Missouri culturally is very southern from the way they talk to
the live. Much moreso than Oklahoma or Texas. Lots in common with western Kentucky and Tennessee and more southern than northwest Arkansas.

Much of Missouri is very culturally south. More south than northeast Arkansas and certainly more than Oklahoma or Texas. Much in common with western Kentucky and western Tennessee

Yes, it absolutely does seem like a mistake.
Same here. No all-you-can-eat place has tempted me in quite a few years, but back in my prime, I would have come out way ahead.
